Do you still remember when you was child what are you want to become when you grow up?
I always say that i want to become a doctor, police officer, a clerk or a banker. Well, I think I already did for the last answer as a banker. How about the three? I just do that because of those job that always in my mind and it will change when I was in Junior High School.
Most of us just like that. I mean, we want to become someone when we was child and mostly we're not what we want to be. Time teach us to many things in this life. Just like me, I just obey what my mom want me to be and then, i becoming not what i want actually. But this is life, we have to choose something that really we want. Even though, i have to say thank you to my mom because even I'm not a doctor, but i can be a banker.
Someone ever told me that life is a choice. We can be good or we can take the bad one. We always chose the good one and forget the bad thing, well, that's is good. But sometimes, we don't know how can that one be so bad. I don't say that we should take the bad one, but try to find the answer why it's so bad? This can bring us the answer to our next generation for not take it. Children always and always asking about the things what they see, hear or happen to them. When I was child, i always want to know all the things around me and sometimes people can take it. I just need the right answer why, what, where, who and how. But sometimes, the older don't try to answer the question and some of them give the answer as a joke. They never thought that the "answer" they give will be a clue for the child and the worst thing is the child will try it.
Parent are the person that give an opportunity even a response for their children. Look after and help them to be what are they want to become. Parent are guardian and also best friend to their children.
I ever read an article about a mother that so busy to clean up her refrigerator and suddenly her son come to her and asking about something he has found in the magazine. Mostly, a mother will say to her child "Wait, I'm busy right now." But did you know what does this mother do? She stop doing her work and grab the magazine that her son ask her about. It's take an hour to explain all what her son want to know. Then the son go back to his room and bring the magazine along with him. Then the father ask her why she stop cleaning the refrigerator and keep answering all of the questions. She looks at her husband and say "Did you know, it's not always have the same question from our children everyday. But I can still clean up this refrigerator every time I want. I will always try to respect him even i have to give some of my time to him so he can learn to respect other people like we did to him."
What I know that, this mother is a truly parent and I hope most of us can do the same as she did. So, give some of your time and let them learn the good things from you as their parent, brother, sister, uncle, aunt or even you are their grandpa or ma.
